Friend Makin' Monday - New Haircut

Over at {Ae Filkins} she is hosting Friend Makin' Monday, and this week, our question is:

If you cut your hair tomorrow, what would it look like?

My hair is already shoulder length, but If I could do anything with my hair tomorrow, I think I would go with something liket his:

HAHAHA - Was kidding on that one! Purples Not my color, I look better in hot Pink! :)

Ok, The real hairstyle would look something like this:

Well crap...NO...that's my hair ALREADY looks like. This is tough!

I think I would get extensions and get my hair done like Megan Fox - maybe get a quick tan, be looking Smokin' hot!

And I woud possibly get my family pictures done like this:

Friend Makin' Monday - Favorite Pictures

I'ts another Makin' Friends Monday over at {AE Filkins}, this week we are posting some of our favorite pictures from this past year.  Below are some of my top moments from 2009 with my 2 favorite boys! Please enjoy, comment, and I'll show some love back on your blog! :)

This picture is adorable - This is when we were moving into our new home - Daddy wrapped Mister Monster in a blanket and put him in a box! Mister Monster just layed there - giggling! (Goof Balls!)

This picture was taken on a trip to the Zoo - we got Mister Monster's face painted, and he chose to get a snake! When we walked into one of the gift shops he found this toy snake, wrapped it around himself, then started saying "Im the Ssssssnake Man! Ssssssss" It was soooo cute! :)

Mister Monster reading "Where the Wild Things Are" with his classroom pet, Brownie, a stuffed puppy! He was so excited that it was his turn to bring Brownie home!!

This one cracks me up! We were at the Party store getting things for his Pirate Birthday Party and he found these glasses and insisted that he put them on for a photo op. I swear...it was HIS idea....

Christmas morning! Still in Jammies and opening gifts! He got way to may toys this year!

This is my favorite from Christmas - This is Daddy & Mister Monster playing with their new toys! They played with that castle for 30 mins! That's pretty good for a 5yo & 20-something boy! :)

Friend Makin' Monday - New Year's Resolutions

Another week, another Friend Makin' Monday over at {aefilkins} and this week we get to share our New Year's resolutions!

This year I only really have one New Year's Resolution and that is to complete a full circuit of P90x starting Jan 1st thru March 31st and to cut out  All most fastfood from my diet! And really work hard at maintaining an exercise routine and healthy diet! My ultimate goal is to lose 20lbs at the end of 90 days but we'll see what happeneds! 

Other things that I would LIKE to happen in 2010 but they are not resolutions: Get engaged to Chris (We've been together for 3 years now - it's about that time), Find another job that allows me to spend more time with Mister Monster (Currently working Full Time for a cellphone company and 50-60 hours a week just isn't working well with me!), Learn to budget my money (If I drop down to part time I have to get used to spending less every month! No more McD's for dinner every night!)

Friend Makin' Monday - Holiday Home Tours

Today for friend Makin Monday {aefilkins} wants to do a holiday home tour - where you take pics of your home to show off how you have decorated for the Christmas Holiday, but unfortunatly with Mister Monster's 5th birthday this weekend and having a full-time job in retail for that matter, has not left me much time to decorate my house. So I will post a pic of our Christmas Tree - but that's about it at our home this year, but please make sure to join in on the fun for Friend Makin Monday - I'd love to see what your beautiful home looks like! :)

Friend Makin' Mondays - Embarrasing Moments

Embarrasing Story Numero Uno:
       The sweet, not-so-innocent family (Mister Monster, Big Daddy & Myself) was on your average grocery trip - grabbing the necessities - and maybe a few fun extra's. Bid Daddy is pushing the cart with Mister Monster around the bubble bath area while I run to the make up dept to get more lipgloss when all of a sudden I hear "PENIS!!!!!" from a tiny little voice that sounds an awful lot like Mister Monster. I peek around the corner as Big Daddy is "Hugging" mister monster as to muffle his sounds. I look at Daddy and he is BEAT red but laughing hysterically. This older lady, probably 65ish in age, glares at us as she walks towards the pin up curlers. My face instantly started burning from embarrasment! What's worse was as we were checking out Mister Monster does it AGAIN! "PENIS!" and starts laughing about it. He think's its a game! Oh what a trip. I've decided from this time forward the Boys will be staying at home while I go grocery shopping!



Embarrasing Story Numero Dos:
   A few summers ago a group of friends and myself went to the Lake for the weekened. With no kids present there was some alcohol flowing. Well after a few drinks and a sunny day on the lake I decided it was time to layout and grab some sun and take a little nap on the deck. I woke up a little while later to my friends shaking me and telling me it's time to head to the restraunt. As we walk into eat, I noticed a lot of strange faces and few snickers from my friends. I kept asking what was going on. After eating some dinner, I ran to the restroom before leaving. As I am washing my hands, I look up to see that I have a MUSTACHE on my face.  A nice curly, old west cowboy, kind of mustache! I grab a papertowl and scrub it off. Face red and warm I walk back out to the table and everyone starts laughing hysterically. That's the last time I nap around my friends! I'm still trying to find a way for payback! Jerks. Haha!

4. Favorite Christmas song?



5. Christmas tree: Real or fake? Fake - although I miss the smell of a fresh pine tree, the needles are just too much trouble to keep vacuumed up! Plus I belive in Reduce, Reuse, & Recycle! :)

6. Hottest celebrity? George Clooney! He may be 20 somethin' years older than me, but he is still yummy!

7. Favorite restaurant? TGIFridays! I love their Jack Daniels Chicken & Mashed Potatoes! Yum! Now I'm hungry...greart!


8. Favorite magazine? I'm not a big magazine reader, however Im going to go with Cosmo


9. Favorite thing to drink around the holidays? Hot Coco + Starbucks coffee! But only when it's cold outside, it's starting to come around - Looks like snow on Thursday!

10. Favorite Christmas movie? National Lampoons Christmas Vacation OR Rudolph! It's a Classic!
